As Director of Aesthetic Dermatology, Dr. Elder personally provides the finest care in cosmetic procedures available today. In addition, as a board-certified dermatologist and pharmacist with a strong pharmacology and chemistry background, Dr. Elder is uniquely qualified to select an individualized skin care regimen for her patients, with emphasis on minimizing signs of aging and prevention of skin cancers.

Dr. Elder is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rutgers University School of Osteopathic Medicine. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She holds membership in the Atlantic Dermatologic Society, the Philadelphia Dermatologic Society, the South Jersey Dermatologic Society, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.

Dr. Elder has been named a Top Doc in SJ Magazine and South Jersey Magazine consistently from 2004 through the present and was featured as a “Super Woman” in South Jersey Magazine for her volunteerism with her “You Go Girl, Donna’s Day” annual event honoring breast cancer survivors. She has also been recognized for tattoo removal in New Jersey Monthly Magazine’s Best of New Jersey Select Surgeons, Plastic Surgery, January 2025.
